Are You Just A Manufacturer?
We’re more than just a manufacturer, we work with a local development team and a global network of vetted manufacturers to provide you the best options for your business.
We work with you to develop your product formulation, then source the most suitable manufacturer to support your brand. Our global network of manufacturers, along with having offices across Australia, the US, and the UK enables us to work globally and think locally, providing you more flexibility, capability, and price competitiveness than any standalone manufacturer.
Can You Help Us Avoid Any Unnecessary TGA Complications?
Yes. We have a well-equipped food science team with many years of experience working in the TGA space. Our team has also worked with large supermarket food science businesses such as Coles.
We’re happy to guide you through the latest TGA requirements for your product idea and help you avoid unnecessary research costs. Because we work closely with startups, it’s in our best interest to support you as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
How do we know you won't steal our recipe or idea?
We have been in this industry for many years and have developed some of the top-performing products in Australia.
We operate under strong legal agreements and a clearly structured development process designed to protect your intellectual property at every stage. Our growth and continued global expansion depend on maintaining trust, confidentiality, and long-term client relationships, all of which are built on strict protection of your product and idea throughout the entire process.
Why can’t you show us all the brands you’ve worked with that are now in major supermarkets?
The bigger the brand, the stronger the NDA. Many brands are proud to say they created their product and were the first to succeed in their space, and in these cases public attribution is often restricted.
Because of our strong NDA agreements and ongoing long-term partnerships, we’re unable to publicly share many of the brands we’ve worked with, in order to protect client privacy, ownership, and commercial positioning.
How do we know the product will actually be commercially viable?
Before we start any project, we conduct scoping to validate all commercially viable options and guide you through every possible pathway.
We can also help adjust your recipe to find the right balance for your target market. In addition, we support branding, positioning, exit planning, and long-term business development as your brand scales.
We’re available at any time once we begin working together to support your ongoing needs.
Why can’t we just go straight into manufacturing?
All products need to go through an end-to-end development process to ensure they are refined into the best possible version of themselves. A sample sent directly from an email may not reflect the final product you receive at scale.
We also work on nutritional labelling, compliance, and ingredient ratios to ensure the product meets Australian food safety standards and, where relevant, follows a TGA pathway for regulated products.
Without this preparation, there can be significant risks later in the process, including compliance issues, legal challenges, or even products being recalled, restricted or banned from sale. These steps are designed to reduce risk and ensure the most cost-effective path to production.
